To keep things simple, Love Honey offer a 365 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease. That’s a whole year to change your mind! Bondara offer a 30 day returns policy which is less time but still reasonable!

Providing you live in the UK returning an item is free as you can send it to our FREEPOST address.

If you live outside the UK you can still return it but we ask you to pay the postage. However, if your item is faulty we’ll reimburse you!

Even if your item has been tried and tested you can return it…how cool is that!
